Description
Walnut and banana chip muffins, with a banana cream icing. The icing has freshly mashed bananas, and (as per client request) the muffins are completely butter and oil free. This is a much healthier option for those concerned about that kind of fat in their diets, but the problem is that the substitution of the butter/oil makes for a much denser product. The taste is still there, but I prefer my muffins to be fluffy. :3
